Criminal Defense Experience You Can Trust

Since joining my father, Tom Daley in December 2000, criminal defense has been the only type of law I have practiced. I have extensive knowledge in all aspects of criminal law. I am in the courtroom defending clients' rights every day, and have a long history of obtaining favorable plea negotiations for my clients. Sometimes cases cannot be settled, however, and that's when you need an attorney who is comfortable in the courtroom and not afraid to take your case to jury trial when needed.

Providing Attentive and Responsive Service

In addition to comprehensive legal representation, I also believe that clients are entitled to attentive and responsive service. Clients have a right to expect that their lawyer will take time to answer all their questions and provide timely updates on the status of their case. I make myself readily accessible by phone every day, and I will promptly return e-mails and phone calls when not immediately available. The criminal legal process can be confusing and intimidating. A responsive and caring attorney lets clients know that they do not have to face this legal battle on their own. As my client, you will have me with you every step of the way.

You Can Afford a Good Attorney

Many people fear the costs of a good legal defense. Others struggle with the decision of whether to use what funds they have for bail or for attorney's fees. While each situation is different, when it comes to traffic matters, quite often the money saved by preventing increased insurance rates outweighs what you spent on a lawyer. On more serious matters, my first priority is securing my clients' release from custody. In many instances, I am able to obtain a reduction of a defendant's bond to a more manageable amount. And in many instances, your bond money can be used to pay attorney's fees at the conclusion of a case, providing additional payment options.

I believe everyone has the right to the best legal defense available. I work on a flat-fee basis and will always tell you up front what your total attorney's fee will be. I do not charge by the hour or by the court appearance, and there are no additional costs should your case require a motion hearing or present an issue that requires additional research.
